Spinner Rings in Titanium and Gold

Spinner rings are sometimes called worry rings. They are manufactured in such a way that a part of the ring spins independently from the rest of the ring. They are made from precious metals such as gold, silver, platinum and titanium. The best spinner rings are those that retain their shape. Often a spinner ing will stop spinning after a few weeks.

This is caused by the spinner part becoming deformed or bent out of shape. This ussualy happens when the ring is made with metal that is not thick enough. Men's rings especially suffer from this problem. Men are harder on their jewellery than woman - Men tend to put a ring on and forget about it - then proceed to do boys stuff with the ring on. The ring takes a real hammering and often bends to oval - thus stopping the spin.

Our spinner rings use a combination of titanium and gold or titanium and silver or titanium and platinum - great combination color rings that are very unlikely to bend or distort.

 

The other problem is that if one make the ring too thick it becomes uncomfortable to wear - I have seen rings that have been manufactured with ball bearings inside - the spin very well but are not great to wear.

Spinner ings are not for everyone - sometimes a simple titanium ring with a gold or silver inlay is what a guy wants. These rings are very hard wearing and will take almost any abuse you throw at it. Titanium and diamonds are another great combination - especiallyblack diamonds in titanium

 

 

 

What I have made up before is a titanium spinner ring with black diamonds set into the spinner. Great for a men's rings - remember that often the man will lay out lots of cash for a stunning engagement ring whilst the lady spend a few hundred on the men's wedding band - this does not leave her feeling good. So a great option is diamonds in titanium - if your man is more the conservative type - does not like flash and bling - why not set a hidden diamond into the inside shank. It will be your secret diamond that only the two of you know about!
